Military Renewable Energy Solutions (MRES) CrossPower GmBH is a retired Veteran Owned Small Business and was founded in 2016 by  Ricky R. Ruiz. MRES is an innovative renewable energy and storage  company that provides high-quality renewable energy solutions (RES) with  primary service lines for US Department of Defense, world wide  Government agencies as well as Corporate customers. 

Our Headquarters is in Europe, centrally located in Kaiserslautern Germany. We also have satellite operations in Argentina and the United States. Our service area is primarily Europe however as innovations are discovered and products are created to meet our customers demands we are very open to collaborating and creating partnerships. 

Our mission is to  provide our customers with clean, reliable, and affordable energy  through the implementation of renewable energy sources, such as solar,  wind, and hydroelectric power.

  We also offer our customers innovative energy storage solutions that  enable them to store and use their renewable energy as needed. Our goal  is to provide our buyers with energy independence and reduce their  reliance on traditional energy sources. We strive to provide our  customers with the most efficient and cost-effective renewable energy  and storage solutions available, while also helping them to achieve  their sustainability goals. By investing in renewable energy and energy  storage, our customers are able to reduce their carbon footprint and  become more energy independent.

 Managing Director Rick Ruiz has over 40 years of experience working with the United States Army and the Department of Defense. He  is a highly successful and respected retired military non commissioned  officer and Project Manger. With over 20+ years of experience in the military,  retiring with the command rank of First Sargent. Mr. Ruiz has a vast  array of knowledge, skills, and leadership capabilities that make him an  invaluable asset in the business world. He has served in multiple  command and staff positions, including deployments to the middle east,  Asia and Europe. He has since retirement added 30+ years of knowledge and  experience working with the US government, US Contracting commands and  European military district on numerous projects, solar products, systems and related business ventures.  

  Mr. Ruiz's leadership style is  characterized by a strong focus on team work and collaboration with his  team members, as well as an unyielding commitment to excellence and  continuous improvement. He is an expert in organizational development,  strategic planning and decision-making. His knowledge and expertise have  earned him numerous awards and recognition. With a passion for helping  others, Mr. Ruiz is dedicated to using his talents to make a positive  difference in the world and helping MRES customers achieve their mission and goals.
